Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 18, 2026

Last Updated: October 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Valor Health ("Valor Health," "we," "us," or "our") collects through https://www.valor-health.us (the "Site"), how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. Please read this Privacy Policy alongside our Terms of Service (www.valor-health.us/terms).

Valor Performance and Wellness LLC, doing business as Valor Health ("Valor Health"), is a Florida wellness, physiological testing, and coaching company. We operate from leased commercial space inside the Better Bodies facility at 1947 A1A S, Suite A, St. Augustine, FL 32080. Valor Health is a separate, independent company from Better Bodies Personal Training LLC ("Better Bodies") and any other business operating at or near the premises, and this Privacy Policy covers Valor Health only.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us:

• Consultation & testing bookings: the details you enter when you request or book an Initial Consultation ($249), member follow-up, or standalone physiological assessment (PNOĒ VO2 Max, PNOĒ RMR, or Evolt 360 Body Composition Scan), such as your name, email address, phone number, and appointment preferences.

• Memberships & at-home lab kit orders: your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and order or membership tier details when you enroll in a Valor Health membership (Foundation, Optimum, Precision, or Elite) or purchase an at-home blood biomarker kit on /shop. Payment card details are processed securely by our third-party payment processors and are not stored in plain text by Valor Health.

• Pre-consultation intake & coaching check-ins: information you submit on our Pre-Consultation Intake Form (/intake) or share during coaching check-ins regarding your fitness, nutrition, lifestyle, and wellness goals.

• Founding Members sign-ups, contact forms & chat: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and any message you submit through our contact forms or website assistant.

Information collected automatically:

When you visit the Site, our website platform and analytics tools may automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, the pages you view, and how you arrived at the Site. See Section 4 for details on cookies and analytics.

Important note on medical and health information:

Valor Health is a wellness, metabolic testing, and coaching company—not a licensed medical provider or healthcare clinic—and the Site (www.valor-health.us) is not a clinical medical records portal. Please do not submit sensitive clinical or medical diagnostic records through our general contact forms.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• schedule, confirm, and manage your consultations, physiological assessments, body composition scans, and memberships;

• fulfill and coordinate orders for at-home blood biomarker kits and quarterly lab panels with our independent CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited partner laboratories;

• deliver personalized fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle optimization coaching and check-ins;

• respond to your questions, customer support requests, and cancellation notices;

• send transactional updates (such as appointment confirmations and billing notices) and, only if you opted in, marketing emails or SMS updates;

• run, maintain, measure, and improve the Site and our services; and

• protect the Site from fraud or misuse and comply with our legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share personal information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers who help us run the Site and our services: trusted third-party providers who perform services on our behalf, such as our website and booking platform (Wix), payment processors, our coaching app platform, email and customer-communications tools, independent CLIA-certified/CAP-accredited partner laboratories (such as SiPhox Health or Labcorp when you purchase an at-home lab kit or complete a quarterly lab panel), Google (for example, Google Analytics), and Meta (for example, the Meta Pixel for Facebook and Instagram advertising). These providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us.

• Legal compliance and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or when necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Valor Health, our clients, or others.

• Business transfers: if Valor Health is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

Physician-Prescribed Programs & Telehealth Portal (shop.valor-health.us)

Physician consultations and prescription programs (such as TRT/HRT, medical weight management, and prescribed peptide therapies) are offered through our separate clinical portal at https://shop.valor-health.us, which is operated with independent licensed healthcare providers and licensed pharmacies. That portal is governed by its own separate privacy policy, terms, and clinical informed consents. Any medical intake or health information you enter on shop.valor-health.us is collected and handled under that portal's privacy and medical confidentiality policies, not this Privacy Policy. Please review the privacy terms posted on shop.valor-health.us before submitting health information there.

4. Cookies and Analytics

The Site uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate properly, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the Site, and measure and personalize our advertising.

• Analytics: We use Google tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors find and interact with the Site.

• Advertising: We may use Google and Meta tools (such as the Meta Pixel for Facebook and Instagram advertising). These tools may collect information about your visits to the Site—such as pages viewed and actions taken—to show you relevant Valor Health ads on other websites and apps and to measure advertising effectiveness.

Your opt-out options:

• Browser settings: Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Note that blocking certain cookies may affect how parts of the Site function.

• Google: Adjust your ad settings at adssettings.google.com, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

• Meta: Adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings under "Ad Preferences."

• Industry opt-outs: Visit optout.aboutads.info or youradchoices.com.

• Mobile devices: Limit ad tracking in your mobile device's privacy settings.

Opting out of interest-based advertising does not mean you will stop seeing ads; it means the ads you see will be less tailored to your interests.

5. Your Choices & Communications

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime: Every marketing email includes an "Unsubscribe" link. You can also opt out by emailing support@valor-health.us.

• SMS / Text messages: We only send text messages to individuals who opt in to receive them. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages, or reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. No mobile information or SMS opt-in data will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

• Access, correction, or deletion: You may request to access, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@valor-health.us. We may ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.

6. How Long We Keep Information

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law:

• Marketing contacts (such as Founding Members or newsletter sign-ups) are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

• Booking records, membership records, intake waivers, and contact messages are retained for at least three (3) years (or longer where required for tax, accounting, or legal liability purposes under Florida law).

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. However, no website, internet transmission, or electronic storage system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Eligibility and Children's Privacy (18+ / 21+)

The Site (www.valor-health.us), our physiological and metabolic assessments, at-home biomarker lab kits, and fitness and nutrition coaching services are intended for adults 18 years of age and older. Certain physician-prescribed therapies or clinical telehealth protocols offered through our separate clinical portal at shop.valor-health.us may require participants to be 21 years of age or older where required by clinical protocol or applicable law.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided personal information to us, please contact us at support@valor-health.us and we will promptly delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last Updated" date at the top. If we make material changes, we will also notify active members or subscribers by email.
